What happens at this event?

This is a one-to-one class suitable for beginners or intermediate practitioners. The session will be tailored to your needs and level. You can choose to have your one-to-one session face-to-face or online.

Each 1 hour session includes:

  • Introduction (a topic of your choice)
  • Find your favourite sitting posture for meditation
  • Taylored asanas (yoga poses) to prepare your body and mind for meditation
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • 30 minutes guided meditation on a topic of your choice
