This is a 8-weeks meditation course suitable for beginners. No previous experience required. The classes will be held face-to-face in West Ealing. For online classes, please check my timetable.

Please wear gym clothes or comfortable clothes. Please bring a yoga mat with you. If you don't have a yoga mat, please let me know in advance so I can arrange one for you. Please let me know in advance of any health conditions or injuries.
