What happens at this event?

This is a 1-hour class suitable for beginners. This class will be held online. For in-person classes, please check my timetable.

The class includes:

  • Introduction (a different topic each week)
  • Sitting posture
  • Simple asanas (yoga poses) to prepare the body and mind for meditation
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • 30 minutes guided meditation
Things to remember

Please wear gym clothes or comfortable clothes. Please have a yoga mat with you, and possibly a meditation cushion, bolster, block or a chair (optional). Please let me know in advance of any health conditions or injuries.
